Technology services
Trustigo provides software and technology services for algorithmic trading workflows, including strategy configuration, deployment and maintenance. The service is not investment advice and does not provide personalised investment recommendations or trading tips.
Trading involves risk
Trading in securities is subject to market risk and may result in loss of capital. Trustigo does not offer low-risk investments or promise fixed returns. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Plan terms and fees
Review the selected plan, service scope, applicable taxes and recurring maintenance charges before payment. The current published Terms state that fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable. Confirm the terms on your invoice and with Trustigo before subscribing.
Software and strategies
Payments cover the software services and scope described in the selected plan. Review strategy logic and agree to the configuration before deployment. Do not treat informal comments from associates as personal investment recommendations.
Protect your accounts
Never share your Demat login ID, password, OTP, broker API secret or payment credentials with anyone, including Trustigo staff. Use your own payment methods only with your consent and keep account access under your control.
Required information
The current published Terms state that KYC and risk profiling may be required and that service can be halted if required information is incomplete. Confirm applicable requirements before activating a service.
Independent providers
Broker availability and API compatibility depend on third-party systems. Trustigo states that it does not recommend specific brokers, receive broker compensation, or endorse intermediaries. Confirm your broker’s requirements independently.
Availability and changes
Market conditions, internet access, broker systems and other external services may affect operation. Trustigo may update its services or these terms; check the current version before purchase or use.
Questions and resolution
Contact Trustigo to try to resolve concerns amicably. The current published Terms state that unresolved disputes are subject to court jurisdiction; obtain the complete legal wording and jurisdiction details from Trustigo before relying on this summary.
